Who this is for
This page is for anyone who signed in to the PLC Media App with Google and wants their account and Google-linked data deleted. If you never signed in — you only used a display name on your phone — there is no account on our servers; uninstalling the App removes that data.
How to request deletion
- By email: send a message to info@purposefullivingchurch.com with the subject Delete my PLC Media account, from the email address you used to sign in with Google. We may reply to confirm it is you.
We action verified email requests within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account record, including the Google name, email address, profile-photo link and account identifier our authentication system stored.
- Your display name, comments and follows linked to your account.
- Your stored Google authorization (refresh token). We also revoke it with Google, so the App can no longer act on your YouTube account.
What is not deleted
- Anything you posted on YouTube itself, such as a YouTube comment, a like or a subscription. That belongs to your YouTube account — manage it in YouTube.
- Prayer requests and testimonies you submitted without signing in are tied only to a random app-install identifier, not to your Google account. To have a specific submission removed, email us and tell us roughly when you sent it.
- Copies in routine backups, which are overwritten in the normal backup cycle, and limited records we must keep by law.
